2006 Concerts in the Park

Concerts in the Park are presented free, each Sunday, June through Labor Day weekend, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lou Bredlow Pavilion in Warner Center Park in Woodland Hills. Parking is available.

	June 4 John Waite Formally of the British rock group the Babys, this high-energy singer/songwriter has been branching out on his own since his hit single Missing You. He is concentrating on writing, recording and live touring and enjoying every minute of it.
	June 11 San Fernando Valley Symphony Led by founder/conductor James Domine, the artistic ensemble provides a highly respected showcase for top-notch instrumentalists, vocalists, composers, conductors and music educators. Valley Cultural Center 2006 Music Competition Winners Winners of the Valley Cultural Center music competition perform and bring out the best young players in the area.
	June 18 Ed Shaughnessy's Big Band Tribute to Johnny Carson Tonight Show drummer Ed Shaughnessy heads up a troop of alumni players from the Tonight Show Band to pay a musical big band tribute to one of America's most beloved performers, Johnny Carson.
	June 25 7th Annual Family Festival Sponsored by the Woodland Hills Chamber of Commerce. From 12 noon 'til 8 p.m. Kiddie rides, crafts booths, food & fun family entertainment for all. Beatle tribute band - Ticket to Ride At 6 p.m. a Beatle concert will include those songs we all have enjoyed hearing over the years. David Brighton's Tribute to David Bowie At 3 p.m. A tribute to David Bowie-rock's most electrifying superstar...an uncanny recreation.
