AV!VA

AV!VA is a singer, songwriter, and recording artist. On her first song, “Conquering the City” she was considered for Best Rap/Sung duo in the 58th Grammy Awards. She specializes in pop, hip hop and soul and is currently working with world renowned producers.
In August 2018, she performed her first official concert at the Warner Center Concerts in the Park in front of 6,000+ people and was then fan-voted the Best Emerging Artist of the Year in the Concerts in the Park series based on the overall votes. AV!VA is now headlining at the Tobin Performing Arts Center in San Antonio, Texas and the Noho Summer Nights Concerts in the Park this Summer 2019.

Additionally, she is working with the non-profit organization, Rock Against Trafficking — which is an organization consisting of rock legends such as Journey, Slash, Carlos Santana, etc. singing Sting and the Police covers to bring awareness and raise money to help the millions of children who are enslaved in the sex trafficking industry today. AV!VA sang and co-wrote the flagship anthem for the charity.

Despite success in the fields of modeling and acting, her first love will always be music and she uses music to express herself in ways she never could with words.

Dusk

Dusk is an Alt-Rock band from Los Angeles, CA, formed in 2018. The band consists of Aaron Rudin (drums, synthesizers), Trent Rowland (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Alex Madrid (lead guitar, backing vocals), & Michael Rudin (bass).

All of Dusk’s songs are connected through a narrative story, written by the band, which explores themes of utopia, morality, and control. This story is expressed through the lyrics of each song, videos, and interactive campaigns.

Dusk’s unique atmospheric but heavy spin on the classic alt-rock sound tells the narrative of an expansive story in which the characters’ actions and motivations often lie in a grey area between light and dark – this is the significance of the name, Dusk.

EMERGING ARTIST SHOWCASE

Old School Skinny

Old School SkinnyDuring my time on Oxygen’s hit competition weight loss show Dance Your A** Off, I was featured as an on-air choreographer and dance partner. While dancing our way into the finale, I was inspired by the type of commitment and dedication my partner put into learning routines, pushing beyond her boundaries and ultimately accomplishing her weight loss goals.

That experience is the foundation for the addictive 90’s groove fitness class and live stage show my wife and I created. Old School Skinny is a backyard boogie mixed with MC Hammer rehearsal that’ll have you grooving everywhere you go.

Old School Skinny has been featured in LA Weekly for promoting health and happiness through dance. In addition, we’ve produced interactive dance performances at events for Kaiser Permanente, the Neon Run, Flash Mob America and more.

The hand picked playlists are full of classic hits and throbbing bass beats that help release your inner Soul Train dancer!

Most recently, I’ve started my third season as the Director for the Ole Skool Crew dance team; a group of 40+ year old dancers who perform at Staples Center during the LA Sparks basketball season.
