Valley Cultural Foundation’s Concerts on the Green are FREE to the public and held on Sunday evenings from June 9 – August 18, 2019. All concerts start at 5:30 PM with our Emerging Artists Opening Act performances. Headliners will follow shortly after and end at 8 PM unless otherwise notified. Our location is the beautiful Lou Bredlow Pavilion in Warner Park at 5800 Topanga Canyon Blvd., in Woodland Hills. There is plenty of room for a late afternoon picnic with the family while being entertained by headline performers.

Parking for Concerts on the Green is available in the parking structure directly behind the stage on Califa Street for $15. Additional parking is available on Owensmouth Avenue in either parking structure between Califa and Oxnard.  Signs are clearly posted. For more information see our full schedule.

Valley Cultural Center, in conjunction with the Department of Cultural Affairs and Council District 2, presents NoNo Summer Nights, an 8-week Concert series. NoHo Summer Nights runs on Saturday nights at the corner of Magnolia and Tujunga, next to the Amelia Earhart Library. Food will be available for purchase on site and guests are welcome to check out a variety of interactive art booths. Admission is FREE. Community Parking is available at the recreation center parking lots, areas surrounding the park and the North Hollywood metro station.

Concerts begin at 7:00PM
Local talent will open each show with our headliners immediately following.

Valley Cultural Center outdoor programming at Warner Center Park includes Movies on the GreenOutdoor family movies are presented FREE on Saturday evenings July 20-August 17, 2019. Check out the schedule! Movies are projected on a 30′ screen with digital projection and 7.1 surround sound. Pre-feature entertainment begins at approximately 7:15 PM and movies begin at dusk (approximately 8 PM).

Honoring Kathleen Sterling

 

The Golden Horn Award was created in 1990 to honor individuals who have supported the Valley Cultural Foundation.  The award and been broadened to include individuals, small businesses and corporations who actively take part in Valley Cultural Foundation’s programs and events.

This year we invite you to join us as we honor community leader Kathleen Sterling with the 2019 Golden Horn Award for the contributions to the Valley Cultural Foundation and the Community. Ms. Sterling and her news organization Valley News Group have supported the organization for more than 20 years and this event will be a reflection of her support not only for the Valley Cultural Foundation but for the communities she is a part of.
